September 11, 2010- South Elgin, Illinois. Association for Individual Development Motorcycle Pledge Run 2010
Sponsored by The Association For Individual Development. Amici’s Clubhouse - 456 Redington Drive, South Elgin, IL 60177. The event is a poker run and also features a raffle with a grand prize of $500. Registration begins at 11 AM, bikes set to leave at Noon. Open to the Public. Pre-registration through August 27- $30, after August 27- $35. Eighty miles of riding on the country roads. Planned pub stops along the way, entertainment food and festivities at last stop. September 12, 2010- New Baden, Illinois. 13th Annual New Baden D.A.R.E Benefit Motorcycle Ride
The ride starts at New Baden Park with registration being from 9 AM-11:30 AM and ends at our American Legion. All stops on the ride are non-alcohol which usually includes parks, fire stations, police departments, etc. The cost is a $15 donation per rider and that includes a T-shirt and an all you can eat meal at the end of the ride that includes Fried Chicken, Burgers, Brats, Hot Dogs, Pork & Beans, Potato Salad, Chips, Soda & Water. We also give away a large amount of prizes at the end. Last year we had 660 motorcycles and over 900 total riders and thanks to the wonderful support it continues to grow. All proceeds benefit our D.A.R.E program and the children in our community. Many of you have rode with us before and we would love to have you back. For those who have not we invite you to come join us for what I can promise will be a great ride.

September 12, 2010- Tinley Park, Illinois. The 4th Annual Cpl. Kevin Clarke Memorial Motorcycle Ride.
This ride benefits The Heart of A Marine Foundation. Kevin grew up in Tinley Park, and was at the end of his second deployment, and it was just one month after his 21st birthday, when he was killed in a firefight, by small arms fire in western Al-Anbar province Iraq, February 19th, 2005. The ride is to honor Kevin and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Registration starts at 7 AM, at the Tinley Park American Legion Post 615, 17423 S. 67th Court. Kickstands up at 10:30 AM sharp. The police escorted ride will go to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery for a ceremony, then return to Post 615 for food, entertainment, raffles and a live auction. The riders will return shortly after the conclusion of the Fine Arts Festival Parade. Residents are encouraged to remain on Oak Park Avenue and welcome back the caravan of motorcycles and cars. Flags will be handed out to those in attendance. Registration fees are $15 for riders, $10 for passengers. Cars are gladly welcomed and encouraged to join in the ride. There will be an optional pancake breakfast from 7-10 AM hosted by the American Legion Riders for a $5 fee. Anyone who cannot attend, yet wishes to make a donation to The Heart of A Marine Foundation can send a check to: Heart of A Marine Foundation, PO Box 1732, Elk Grove Village IL, 60007. Please mark the memo field, Cpl. Kevin Clarke Memorial Ride. The Heart of A Marine Foundation provides comfort, support, financial assistance, and educational resources to improve the quality of life of military personnel and veterans from all branches of the United States Armed Forces, veterans, and their families. September 17 - 18, 2010- Chattanooga, Tennessee. The 17th Annual Trail of Tears Commemorative Ride.
Sponsored by Alabama-Tennessee Trail of Tears Corridor Association, Inc. The ride begins at Ross’ Landing in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The ride leaves at 1:00 pm The ride will go to Bridgeport, Alabama for a kick off rally. The ride stops for the night in Bridgeport. On the 18th the Alabama leg of The Trail Of Tears Motorcycle Ride continues to Waterloo, Alabama where the ride ends with food, entertainment, vendors and more. September 19, 2010- Chicago, IL Chicago Ride for Autism Speaks
Join the Chicagoland Chapter of Autism Speaks to change the future for all who struggle with autism by participating in the Chicago Ride for Autism Speaks. The 85-mile course throughout the western suburbs will start at Wild Fire Harley-Davidson at 120 W. North Avenue in Villa Park. Registration opens at 8:30 AM and the Ride will begin at 10:30 AM. The Ride includes an After Party, beginning at 1 PM at the Village of Addison Complex, located at Lake Street & JFK Boulevard in Addison. This event is open to the public. The fee to participate is $25, and riders, passengers and After Party guests will receive a T-shirt and commemorative pin to mark the occasion. September 25, 2010- Bloomington, Illinois. Ride On For Autism
The Autism Society of McLean County is sponsoring this event. The cost is $30 per motorcycle which includes a custom designed black pocket T shirt. Additional shirts are available for $15. The event starts at Chucks Harley Davidson, 2027 Ireland Grove Rd., Bloomington IL 61704 and will end at Camp Quest Clinton Lake where there will be Southern rock bands, fish fry, and hog roast. The event takes place with late registration opening at 10 AM and riding out at 11 AM. This event is open to the public..

October 9, 2010- Oswego, Illinois. 3rd Annual Western Suburbs Toy Run
Starts at and is sponsored by Howey's on "71" Oswego, IL. Public is welcome. This event raises toys for underprivileged children during the holiday season and food for families in Kendall County. All toys and food collected are donated to the Kendall County Food Pantry and “Operation Santa”. Donation of $10.00 plus one unwrapped toy and one nonperishable food item per person. This entry fee includes the participant food and one beverage item after the motorcycle run. Registration time begins at 9:00 AM and the 1st bike out is at 10:00 AM.
