	This is the photo taken at the end of the meeting on Nov 15, 1986, in N.Aurora,IL, where we decided to re-form ABATE of IL as a statewide organiztion to speak in Springfield for all the individual ABATE corporations which continue to be separate entities, but get a vote on the state board on state issues. It had been disbanded by non-filing of the annual corporate report to the Secretary of State in March 1985. All Members in the first ABATE of IL could not vote unless they were on the closed Board of Directors, infamously known as the Archer Avenue Gang (their claim) in the Chicago area.
